What Greenshoe is
Greenshoe is a study tool: original practice questions, explanations, timed mock exams and a review deck for the SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 examinations. It is written to the publicly available content outlines. It does not contain, and will never contain, actual examination questions.
No guarantee
Studying with Greenshoe does not guarantee a passing score. Rules, thresholds and exam blueprints change; we update content on a best-effort basis, and the official outlines and rulebooks control where they differ from anything here. Nothing in Greenshoe is investment, legal or tax advice.
Free and paid access
Part of the SIE bank and the glossary are free. The lifetime unlock, sold through Google Play, opens every exam and every mode for as long as Greenshoe is offered. "Lifetime" means the life of the product, not yours. Purchases, refunds and cancellations made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's policies.
Your account
Progress is keyed to the display name you choose. Anyone who enters the same name on the same site continues the same progress; pick something unguessable if that matters to you. Do not use Greenshoe to store anything sensitive.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, republish or resell the question bank, and do not attempt to extract answer keys other than by answering questions. We may suspend access that violates this.
Availability and changes
Greenshoe is provided "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the product entirely.
